Transformative Change

IPBES defined transformative change as “A fundamental, system-wide reorganization across technological, economic and social factors, including paradigms, goals and values” (IPBES, 2019a: XVIII).

Here we could write some more about what is and what is not transformative change (e.g. mitigation and adaptation as examples of not being transformative)
